Job Description
ATA Management Services Limited is a member of the RTC Group Plc, an AIM listed business operating in the Recruitment and Conferencing markets. Following internal restructures the company are now looking to strengthen the depth of its finance team with the appointment of an assistant management accountant. The successful candidate will report to the Recruitment Finance Manager and undertake a wide variety of financial duties within this dynamic growing business. Working closely with finance team members and operational management and staff, providing timely and accurate financial information in support of strategies to drive growth in both the UK and overseas markets. You will be comfortable in working on your own or as part of a team, highly motivated, ambitious, with a determination to develop your career within finance, preferably about to start or already progressing a professional financial qualification. Interpersonal and communication skills, integrity and a can do attitude are essential.
