Job Description
Description Role: AutoCAD Technician – MUST HAVE OWN AUTOCAD SOFTWARE + LICENCE Location: London Rate: £18-20/ hour Duration: 4-6 months We are looking to recruit a team of 3-4 AutoCAD Technicians to work on a contract basis for 4-6 months producing ‘as-built’ drawings for rail station refurbishments in London. The CAD Technicians will be offered an almost immediate start, a contract rate in the region of £20.00/ hour and a contract length of up to six months. The AutoCAD Technicians will have experience of using AutoCAD in amending designer’s production drawings to 2D ‘as-built’ drawings and will ideally have experience of undertaking surveying and producing drawings that involve all elements that make up a station platform. The drawings will involve the layout of electrical services, cable management systems, CCTV, help points, furniture and painting and decorating of platforms. The team of engineers must be able to work autonomously and take responsibility for their work and most importantly MUST HAVE THEIR OWN LICENCE OF AUTOCAD and their own laptops to undertake the work.
