We are talent pooling for Civil Engineers for our future projects all around the world.

As a Civil Engineer, you will manage the day-to-day activities at site related to the civil installation for the APM. You will coordinate field and contractor activities with BTs and clients schedule. You will ensure that all of the client and BT design criteria are met and the work is installed according to BT engineering requirements and best construction practices. You will make decisions regarding timing of contractor activities, material and manpower allocation to execute project safely, on time, and on budget.

In your role you will be responsible for:
Managing the civil contractors by monitoring their progress, ensuring that the design criteria and time tables are being met, the contractors are executing the work in a safe manner, evaluating contractor performance, noting issues that may result in a claim, present cost/time saving opportunities to project management, and inspecting and documenting the work installation.
Attending project meetings in support of project management and communicate relevant information to contractors and employees.
Planning work activities with the civil contractors and develop safety conscience work plans in conjunction with the project schedule, the client requirements and BT design requirements.
Maintaining a daily log of activities that document as the project events as the unfold, and submit to the project manager

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,
You have 4 year degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
You have ten years of experience in commercial construction, at least two in transit systems.
You have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, blue print and schematic diagram reading.
You are able to communicate effectively in verbal and written Engilish.
