Job Description
My client, a leading developer of railway signalling systems, is looking for an experienced Competence Manager who can work closely with the team to identify training requirements and develop training plans to enhance capability within the business. Salary and Location Based in the Midlands, starting on £30,000 with real prospects of progression. Job Description • Undertake assessments to A1/V1 standard. • Work closely with assessors throughout the business to deliver all the required assessments. • Undertake internal/external audits as required and complete the necessary paperwork and reports following the completion of an audit. • Attend and participate in internal IRSE assessor/standardisation meetings • Carryout technical training suitable to skills as required to support the business needs. Required Experience • Must have experience of working in an railway signalling environment • Hold an Installation Manager Licence (IRSE 1.2.145) or equivalent if different discipline • PTS Holder • A1/V1 assessor/Verifier qualification Company Profile This company have an industry reputation synonymous with quality and are one of the market leaders.
