Job Description
Our client is a market leading main contractor with offices across the UK. They have recently appointed a Business Development Manager and as a result they have more enquiries; an Estimator is required to join the team in their Bristol office. Remuneration: Up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience Benefits package includes: - Car/car allowance - Health - Pension Location: Bristol Position: Estimator / Bid Manager / Senior Estimator Sector: Planned Maintenance - small works and refurbishment - our client is a market leading contractor within the construction and refurbishment sector, within this division they specialise in planned maintenance, the majority of work will be refurbishments and small new builds. Specific details: Our client will only consider jobseekers that have proven and recent experience working for a main contractor and first principle estimating experience. Requirements: - Proven estimating experience to First Principle - Main contracting background - Planned maintenance experience is desirable, small build / refurbishment experience is ideal - Residing locally to the Bristol area - within 1 hour commute - Excellent communication skills Company: Our client builds and maintains commercial, industrial, retail and leisure premises, most of which they build themselves. In addition, they provide building and construction services to a wide range of customers varying from small ticket to large capital projects.
