We are looking for an Interface Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As an Interface Manager you will work closely with the civil works construction partner team and Bombardiers Engineering group, your responsibilities include management and coordination of all design and technical interface within the contract.

Your will be responsible for:
Composing and putting together an Interface Management Plan considering all EPC contractors requirements (to be approved by all parties).
Preparing and submitting technical interface and construction interface agreement to be agreed and signed and approved by all parties involved in the project.
Planning a systematic dissemination of information within the organization and external organizations.
Coordinating regular interface project meetings to attend to issues pertaining to technical and construction requirements.
Ensuring agreed interface related requirements are met during detailed engineering and in preparation of pre-construction documents.
Organising a regular monthly/weekly meeting with site involving civil, mechanical, electrical contractors and other subcontractors ensuring agreed interface requirements and documents are complied with and as per project milestone schedule and completion requirements.
Ensuring approved changes as per original documents/drawings are implemented at site.
Monitoring site progress as per organizations physical and system requirements as per project milestone schedule and completion dates.
Preparing handover procedure documents, requirements and dates in reference to agreed overall project milestone schedule for areas to be secured by the organization, to be agreed by all contractors of the project.
Monitoring of site progress as per agreed handover schedules. Recording actual handover dates and conditions of the organizations area of responsibility.
Coordinating initial and official Testing and Commissioning interface requirements at site.

Qualifications

As our ideal caniddate you have:
Degree in engineering (civil, electrical or mechanical)
10 years of experience in a similar role
Middle East experience
