We are looking for a Quality Manager for our King Abdullah Financial Monorail project Your Role Management, control and co-ordination of all Quality Assurance & Control activities / strategies / systems and deliverables on the KAFD Project. The responsibilities To interface, on a day to day basis, with suppliers, customers, project managers, support organizations and their teams in providing advice, direction and assistance on all quality issues relating to BTs scope of supply for the KAFD monorail project To ensure that the BT scope of supply for the KAFD Monorail Project is delivered to a consistent level of quality to meet BT and customer requirements and that ensures the continued optimal peformance of the system during operation and maintenance Develop and discharge the KAFD Project Quality Plan and Audit Schedule covering all KAFD sites and suppliers and oversee close out of all related NCRs and CARs, and facilitate external audits (e.g Customer, Group Legal Compliance, ISO/IRIS etc) as required and in conjunction with Systems EMEA Q&SA. Maintain the KAFD Project Quality Management System, supporting plans, procedures and objectives in accordance with ongoing BT Group and Systems requirements and annual Systems divisional accreditation objectives for ISO9001/IRIS/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 etc To report to the Project Director and Project Core Team on all matters pertaining to Quality Assurance and Control ensuring all quality activities are conducted in line with the project programme and budget. Qualifications Your Experience and Qualifications Degree Qualification (or equivalent) 5 years direct experience of quality management and / or test and inspection. Experience of project or programme management in a multi-disciplinary environment. 10 years Railway or relevant industry Experience Appropriate experience of management of Quality Management Systems and recognised qualifications relating to Internal and External auditing You are a self-starter and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
