Job Description
My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based from their London City office. The successful candidate will need to have a proven Quantity Surveying background and will ideally be a member of the RICS. Location: London City My client is one of the leading consultancys who are key figures in the construction industry and who provide programme/project management, cost management and management consultancy services. Our client requires Quantity Surveyors to do the whole 360% project cycle and have the ability to take control with key clients so naturally client facing skills and being presentable are important attributes for anyone applying. The opportunity to move from one business unit to another is one of the attractive prospects as each unit focuses on certain sectors including Public & Government work, Retail & Commercial developments, Health Science & Education, Infrastructure Rail & Airports and Large Mixed Developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a good Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a company who has a robust reputation in the market with key repeat business clients and extremely low turnover of staff.
