More information about this job: Overview: HNTB Corporation is currently seeking a Senior Rail Specialist in our Lake Mary, Florida office to support High Speed Rail and other Rail Transit projects. Responsibilities: * Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on Rail Transit projects. * Perform Track Design Reviews and Quality Audits. * Actively manage clients budget, schedule and program; HNTB budget and schedule; project communications and documentation. * Satisfy client requirements. * Coordinate projects with local, state, regional and federal agencies to ensure compliance with applicable standards. Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related Degree plus 15+ years of railroad/transit design, construction and/or maintenance experience. * Professional Engineer (P.E.) License preferred, but not required * High Speed Rail Experience preferred * Experience with geometric alignment and track layout is a plus.
