Duties and responsibilities:

Manages site subcontract operations to ensure the effective administration of subcontracts. Responsible for implementation of the Standard Work Process Procedures and automated subcontract management systems. Responsible for the training of personnel assigned to support subcontract administration

- Possesses extensive knowledge and experience in subcontract management and applies that knowledge and experience to improve project performance

Candidate will be required to independently perform detail claim assessments and analysis including the assessment of direct and indirect costs for a number of Contractor claims.

In addition, the Candidate will be required to document and report any resulting assessments to the Client.

Strong analytical and communication skills are a pre-requisite.

Position Skills

Computer Skills - Word processing, excel, etc. Advanced
Claim Analysis - Review, assessment and reporting of Claims: Expert
Communication - Both written and oral: Advanced

Other Remarks/Qualifications
It is preferred candidate be a Chartered Quality Surveyor (QS) with a
good level of work experience.
