Job Description
Role Description For this role you will be required to: • Oversee and lead activities advising on the technical aspects of signalling projects • Consult with your clients to develop a full understanding of their technical requirements • Supervise junior engineers and become the technical lead on packages of design work. • Undertake site surveys and technical investigations as required • Assist the bid and tendering team in the completion of bids for new projects Required Experience For this role you will be required to have: • Excellent communication skills with good man management skills and strong leadership abilities • Have a membership with the IRSE • Extensive experience in all aspects of signal and railway engineering • Knowledge of project and safety engineering • A formal qualification in electrical and electronic engineering Employer Profile The company you will be working for are one of the largest companies currently working within the infrastructure sector at present. They operate both on the overground and underground rail networks and operate across a number of disciplines including signalling, civil engineering and electrification.
