Job Description
Description The primary responsibilities of the Transportation Project Manager will be to oversee all aspects of transportation (roadway and rail) design projects. Responsibilities will be Project Management from client programming, site feasibility analysis, final design and through construction phase services. Experience should include highway interchanges, intersection design, traffic management, transportation planning, site planning, preparation of concept alignments, geometrical layout and CADD base alignment plans. Must have coordinated survey, grading, drainage and utilities and layout of various site items. Project management experience required includes proposal through close-out responsibility, including client relations, schedule, financials, and quality reviews. Responsible for coordinating workload of project design team. Works with the Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and the Department Manager for project reviews and with company management on an as needed basis. Requirements BSCE. PE is required. 10+ years experience managing roadway or rail projects. Demonstrated leadership, planning, and mentoring skills. MS Office, MS Project and related transportation software experience is required. Demonstrated business development skills.
