More information about this job: Overview: HNTB s Transit & Rail division in thes looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Track Design group in multiple office throughout the US (Chicago, Dallas, Denver, LA, Philadelphia, and Boston). This position responsible for preparing design documents for trackwork, including alignments, specifications, criteria, and details. Will serve as primary client contact for multiple projects. Has responsibility for gross revenue of USD 10M-USD 30M. Has full managerial responsibility for all aspects of the project including negotiating extras, cost control, staffing and quality control. Secure profitable new work. Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on large or multiple projects. Actively manage clients budget, schedule and program; HNTB budget and schedule; project communications and documentation. Satisfy client requirements. Coordinate work efforts and review work performed. Qualifications: Trackwork design documents. Trackwork specifications and criteria. Trackwork detail drawings. Management experience Education Required: Bachelor?s in Civil Engineering. Experienced in trackwork with an emphasis on railway, commuter, and transit projects. A minimum of three years employed by a major contractor, consultant or authority. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Computer literate. ? Microstation and AutoCadd capability.
