Right now, were looking for a Traction Power Design Engineer to join our Rail team in our Adelaide office. Your duties and responsibilities will include being involved in concept and detailed design, reports and participating in tender bids. To succeed in this role you will a have proven background and experience as an OHW Engineer gained in Australia and/or overseas. You will have a very good knowledge of OHW design principles and Traction Power design principles an understanding of OHW and Traction Power interface with other rail systems. You will also possess the ability to write reports on design and feasibility and be able to undertake conceptual and detailed design. For this role you will have the necessary tertiary qualifications in mechanical or Electrical engineering, along with demonstrated extensive design experience in heavy rail and light rail OHW systems design preferably gained in Australia.
