1. JOB SUMMARY

The job holder is to manage and oversee Station Masters and teams of Station Agents to deliver a safe, reliable and customer focused station services.

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Support the Operations Director in:
Coordinating and managing station operations to meet the required service performance targets under all situations such as normal, degraded and emergency
Identify training needs in line with the competency management system
Review, develop and update the relevant work procedures and instruction as required

2.2 Carry out periodic health, safety, quality, environment and operational briefing to the station operations staff

2.3 Be the Incident Officer for serious accidents and incidents in stations, when necessary, and undertake investigations

2.4 Plan, manage and lead allocated station crew resources to deliver a safe, reliable and customer foc

HSQE Director

1. Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to exercise effective Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Assurance leadership, and to plan, develop and manage the activities of the HSQE Department to meet all legal, certification, performance, stakeholder and other relevant requirements placed our client's organization.

2. Job Responsibility

2.1 Lead the planning works during the Pre Launch phase

2.2 Oversee and coordinate the safety aspects of Pre-Launch to ensure that all certification and licensing is achieved on time to permit the opening of the System

2.3 Build and develop the HSQE Department and coordinate resources including hiring and management of qualified HSQE inspector, specialist and advisor

2.4 Lead the development of the safety, quality and environmental management systems with the line departments

2.5 Coordinate certification processes with relevant external bodies

Currently TRS is looking for a Scheduler for the Abu Dhabi Metro project with our client in Abu Dhabi. Schedulers need to have metro experience, preferably on the Project Management or Consultancy site. Candidates need to have experience in working on the pre-contract and feasibility phases of mega projects like these. Candidates require a minimal of 7 years experience and are prefered to already be in the UAE. Candidates who have worked on the pre-contract / feasibility phase of the Dubai Metro are prefered.
